The pan is made of pure forged aluminum (99.5%, 4006 alloy), with a thickness of 4-6 mm, which ensures perfect heat distribution and better cooking. The inner coating is GREBLON C3+ PEEK AM, a long-lasting non-stick coating system. The outer shell is washed and neutralized aluminum and the handles are aluminum with bakelite spacers.

The base of the pan is an AM Professional Induction base, equipped with a steel plate with a special magnet, designed specifically for induction cookers, but also suitable for use on vitroceramic, electric, gas, halogen and radiant cookers. However, the pan is not suitable for use in the oven and cannot be washed in the dishwasher.

GREBLON C3+ PEEK AM coating is extremely durable thanks to multiple reinforced layers and 100 micron paint spray application. It is exceptionally resistant to cuts and scratches and offers a non-stick, compact and attractive surface for cooking.
