The pan is made of pure forged aluminum (99.5%, 4006 alloy), with a thickness of 4-6 mm, which ensures perfect heat distribution and better cooking. The inner coating is GREBLON C3+ PEEK AM - a long-term non-stick coating system. The outer shell is washed and neutralized aluminum and the handles are made of aluminum covered with bakelite spacers.

The bottom of the pan is the AM Professional Induction base, which is equipped with a steel plate with a special magnet, which is specially designed for induction hobs, but is also suitable for use on vitroceramic, electric, gas, halogen and radiant hobs. However, the pan is not suitable for use in baking ovens.

GREBLON C3 + PEEK AM coating is extremely long-lasting thanks to multiple reinforced layers and 100 micron spray paint. It is exceptionally resistant to cuts and scratches, providing non-stick, compact and attractive surfaces for cooking.
